Default how high are you revving on stock LS rods?

i'm building a LS motor right now, mods are as follows:

USDM B16 pistons
1mm overbore
head milled 20thousands
stock LS rods
stock crank
OEM headgasket
3angle valve job
mild port and polish
crower duel valvesprings
crower 404's
buddy club camgears
all other bolt ons

i was just wondering, for ppl running LS/vtecs w/ stock ls rods or ppl who have built ls motors, what would be a safe RPM to rev to? reason i'm asking is because the crower 404's make power well past 7000rpm and i was thinking of how high i should be revving to safely. thanks!
