Why? They will not look the same on your car, and may lower it more or less than you see in any picture.

Yes, they're fine, as long as you get an alignment, but again -

coz someone told me H&R is good in aftermarket shocks but tein s tech is good in stock shocks.... is it true?

Either work perfectly with stock shocks, provided you get the H&R sports or the tein s techs.

sup bro i have an ek9 4dr with s tec springs heres a pic of how it looks with the drop there pretty pimp i take it up the mountain and hugs the turns pretty good.. i toke my ek9 up to the snow haha and i also added an old pic of my ride but its a good side shoot of the how it looks lowerd hope this helps

Here is a shot of my EJ1 with Stechs/factory shocks struts. I guess put your thumb over the trunk and you have a Hatch !
