what type of oil for fully built type-R?
i've been building this c5 for about a year now.. its about that time to do the swap.
what type of oil should i use to break it in? running it N/A for the time being.

castrol 10w30 especialy in FL synthetic sux ive used it my old 89 and tried it on my 92 all it did was burn stick with regular oil

to answer your question about oem oil, oem honda oil is 10w30. but i use 5w30 on my motor (B18C).

just some 2 cents: people say 5w30 in cold weather, and 10w30 in hot. (i did a search for ya)
