Last Owner Painted Vents in dash..
The last owner of the car painted some vents in the dash.
Along with the shiftboot plate.
What can i use to take the paint off...
Do i have to get all pieces again?

I had to do my interior as well when i got my first car...
I used Aircraft Remover on almost every interior peice, didnt leave it on too long... turned out very nice...
As far as i know you can buy it at any auto parts store/wal-mart

i've used aircraft paint remover on plastic before. it ruined the plastic.
auto stores usually also have automotive paint remover. that stuff is designed to be bumper safe. i've used it on plastic before, and it doesn't harm it.
if you're really concerned, you can just take out the vents and soak them in brake fluid. that will eat off the paint and won't harm the plastic. but it'll take forever.
