broken strut tower..??? what 2 do
**UPDATE I GOT MY EG AND HAVE MORE PICS**
ok i have a 94 integra gsr with alot of money invested such as
b20 block
vis cf hood and hatch
17's
clarion in dash lcd
mustang orange paint
kyb 5 ways
aem intake
ect..... heres the problem... the car was in an accident before i bought it and i didnt know this
well gradually the right front of my car started to sag worse and worse
thought it was my strut... got a set of eg ex struts and went to replace them only to find out that my strut tower was split around where your actual strut mounts
.... **** that sucks huh so my and my friend put a brace from the motor mount to the top of the mount and i drove it home
and now it has been sitting in my drive way i have been told i can replace that whole right frot engine bay piece but idk my dad owns a welding business and i figured i could just fix it .... now i have some one with a clean eg ex w/ non- vtec motor that wants to trade. and it is a clean eg . and i have a z6 to put in to it but ..... idk does any one have any ideas..... easy fix ? i would part out buti have over 3k in paint and owe about 7500 on it .. im sure u guys will give me an idea of what i can do ..... i will prolly post pics soon

For real! With that much invested and it still looks like that. I would get rid of it as fast as I could if you had someone that wants it.

Guess you live and you learn, function over form. Should of spent all that money you blew on cosmetics to fix all your structural problems. Now you have a riced out looking giant paper weight.
That is a result of a really poor repair, the welds did not hold, and the shock tower seperated from the frame rail. <U>DO NOT </U>attempt to weld it back. For me its an easy fix...buy a shock tower and replace, but I do it for a living. Go to a local body shop you trust and get an estimate. If you want to tackle it yourself, make sure you have the proper measurements on where the strut tower should be placed, because it will alter your caster/camber. If you have any ?'s e-mail or pm me

This is truly a frightening picture. What happened to the brake lines, AC lines, and the air filter? Why are you leaking so much oil? Find another shell and transfer the parts.

So, it also looks like you put an aftermarket bumper cover designed for a 98-01 Integra onto your '94. Since you live in PA, who inspected that car?
