Default anyone running Scat crank/rods?

As the title says, i'm wondering if anyone is running Scat crank and rods? I'm thinking about running them in a Dart block i'm building. Probably going to go 85x92.

Thanks

My roomate runs Scat rods, but not the crank. His rods looked awesome, he's really pleased with the results!

I have run scat rods in about 15 motors and run 2 of their 95mm cranks in 2 different all motor race engines. I haven't had a problem in any one of them. I definately think that the quality of the crankshafts are very good in comparison to others out there. I personally have had a ton of problems with Eagle cranks and would never run one again or recommend them.

SCAT is the most under-rated rod out there.

Good stuff if you know how to set your bearing clearances.

Ask the air-cooled VW guys. Scat is a BIG name in that community.

Damn, I searched and got some Jap chic crappin on my desktop. And yes that rod looked solid. So , does imbedded corn make the rod stronger.

why are you saying that is there aprob with them? i would think bearing clearance would be important with all rods
