Default 4th gen sidemarkers

Do the sidemarkers stay on or do they only come on with the turn signals?

Also...Has anyone made a diagram with the location on the 4th gen?

Pix and tips would be helpfull.........

(did search, found only one crappy diagram)

The sidemarkers come on when you turn your lights on and work with the turn signals as well.

alright, so we installed the sidemarkers on my friends integra and they came out very nicely...so i am going to do a DIY on that so I can help everyone else out. (integra owners.)

Now what I need is a diagram or something to help my figure out where to install my sidemarkers. I need to know the exact location of where to cut the hole in my fender.

Can anyone help me by measuring where or giving me a link so I can install mine on saturday?

I have my JDM sidemarkers wired to my front (inner) turn signals so that they only turn on when i signal.

honestly installing sidemarkers isnt all that difficult....i did min in about 1hr to 1.5 hrs, finding the right spot and measuring it what takes the longest.. just make sure you measured right before you cut into your fenders.

Whether or not they stay on then bink or just blink when signaling is determined by which lights you piggy back off of. Do it off the ones on the outermost edge of the front bumper the ones that are always on then start blinking when you signal and then the sidemarkers will do the same. This is common sense by the way. You guys are killing me. Sorry if anyone is offended but answer the guys ******* question. The wiring diagram goes like this take the two wires from the sidemarker and splice them to the two wires that go to the light you want the sidemarker to copy. That's it no diagram needed. My car has been like that for like 8 years or something ridiculous it works fine never anyproblems. I woud recommend soldering instead of tap splices or but connectors but nobody ever listens anyways.

My sidemarkers are just laying here and I just noticed that on the passanger side sidemarker...there are 3 wires coming out of it, and on the drivers side...there are only 2 wires...Can anyone help me with this? And also...before I cut big holes in my fenders...can anyone post pix and all the info they can about the 4th gen ludes? Thanks!

I was reading somewhere and they said that the 4th gen jdm sidemarkers are supposed to look like this:

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1025534

But when I see other 4th gen jdm sidemarkers...I see that they look like this: (these are the ones that I have)

I'd still like to see pictures on some 4th gens with the sidemarkers...Thanks
