Injector size same B18C5 & B16A2?

Injector size same B18C5 & B16A2?
A friend of mine needs to use my stock injectors for a short time. I was told the R inj's were 230cc or 235's. Not real sure, but was curious if the only difference in the 2 were the duty cycle in the factory ECU's. Thanks.
