Default Ek Hatch Rear wiper delete part #

What's the part # from a CX hatch for the rear hatch wiper delete? Or know if the one from the DC2's work?

Near your battery on the firewall, there's a rubber grommet you can remove and seal up with silicone. It will look something like this, but on a Civic.

Part Number #19 (91617-SB6-000)

It isnt too hard to remove the wiper off of a eg hatch is it? I would really like to clean up my rear end and that would do the trick nicely.

What I mean is there are no other holes left on the window other than that one that needs to be plugged? Does the entire asssembly come off?

the wiper is mounted on the hatch, not the window, so it would look better if you had a black car if your using the grommet, to look cleaner i would just shave it

Open up your hatch all the way and look in the middle where the glass meets the roof of your car. There is a black plug that you can use.

went to like 5 stores trying to find a rubber plug, then i read this and saw that random interior plug would work.

it does indeed work and fit perfect! so stoked! thanks a lot, i suggest this quick "mod" for anyone with an ek hatch, the rear wiper is so useless and dumb looking!
