Default front lower h brace for eg?

im about to put full omni power suspension on my eg hatch, lca's camber kits for front and rear and the coilovers, would a h brace for the front make a difference in handeling? will it just stiffin it up?

should i put traction bars instead of this?

Traction bars are for wheel hop at the track.

And from what I've seem that H-brace doesn't do much besides sit there...

Get front and rear swaybars and new bushings.
