I was wondering are they the same height and are they the same size? All i know is mugen's wraps around the edge of the hatch and is flared at the top, while the itr wing is just......an itr wing. plz post if you know the differences between them.

 

sounds right to me i couldnt find any pix of them but u got the right idea.

 

those are basically the only differences. i believe they are the same height and length.

hmm i don't get how the bottom part attaches to the edge of the hatch, someone know? btw the white teg pictured below is the mugen version2 wing

what do you mean? it uses the oem holes.

 

like how the wing comes down to the rear of the hatch, is it glued down or something?

 

the bottom part only wraps around, it's not held down by anything. The wing itself is held by the same 4 screws as an itr wing.

 

ahh i see, ok and now my final question is, are there mugen badges on both sides of the wing?

yes there are badges on both sides of the wing. anybody know where i can get new ones for mine? kingmotorsports didnt have the exact ones, just the metal plated ones that seemed to be the right dimensions..

i believe the wing is higher than the ITR one, maybe cause of the flare in the back..

if you have a gsr/ls wing there will be holes showing after you bolt it up like the ITR wing does. and yes, the wing simply hugs onto the trunk like that, no adhesives or anything.

King had the same emblems that came from my gen. 1 wing that was imported from Japan. They are just chromed, plastic emblems. I never installed them because I figured some mall tool would just remove them for me.

I sent an email to Clayton at King. The emblems that I ordered were not listed on their site. The item code was 90000YZ8002S.

 

i'm glad i have my mugen spoiler, it's sitting in my bedroom where it has been for the last year, i shaved the badges off mine so it's all smooth, i just gotta get in painted...and if you previous spoiler had a stop light on it then you will be left with an extra hole where they wire went to the light, i suggest getting that shaved...and to who it was that asked about the itr or mugen wing fitting a da, the mugen won't and the integra one MIGHT fit, get the wing dimensions of somebody for bolt spacings to make sure it will sit on the boot and not overhang etc.

 

uhm, i know its mugen, its good quality and rare, but imho its hideous...

 

the only wing that I really like for integras is the OEM ITR wing

 

The Mugen wing is slightly higher than the ITR one. Maybe only like a cm or two. Not very noticable. The ITR wing would work on a DA, but it would look hideous IMO.
