can a b16 ecu work in my 93 stock honda civic

Default can a b16 ecu work in my 93 stock honda civic

i wanna take out my ecu out of my b16 rex and try it on my d16z6 in my honda civic. will this work or mess up the motor or ecu?

it would work, but it wouldnt be beneficial...the b16 uses a p30 right? and your z6 uses a p28....but the vtec engagement points would be different, as would other things...
