Anybody have any experience with UGR cams?
They say that they are chill casted, not like obx billet junk
They say that are copies of other peoples cams
Plus they are cheap

I was wondering does anybody run these cams right now, anybody degree any of these cams yet? And also did anybody dyno their set up with those cams?

 

come on somebody has got to be running these cams. He has to sell them to somebody

if you could, please explain more about your cams. this is about the 3rd or 4th post about them. any info for those wondering would be greatly appreciated.

 

have you went to the website it will tell you a little about them. Specs etc.

 

yeah I know the specs. that's not what I'm interested in. I wonna see some reviews from people, what it gave them with their setups, where there any issues (like obx which were billet and ate the fucken rockers, not saying that these will do it).

I'm not going to go out and buy cams just because they made to the same specs as other cams, until I get some proof that they are just as good.

Right now it just sounds like you guys just want me to buy them, and who cares what happens to me later. That would be nice if you would hook somebody up (with a right set up) with a set of them in return to promise to give a report comparison. If that **** is good then people will be all over it.

That's just my 2 cents.

 

Can you guys (UGR) send me a pair of your TDA cam gears. They look really good and I would like to do an info-post on them.

and do you have anything fot the k-series engines...

erik i didnt flake im waiting to get some issues resolved with the CC. Then maybe I'll be able to get some dynos and comparo pics up and I got a feeling they gonna be just fine.

Dude you need a test car, to test this ****. That's what you need. 6,000 mile period, with cam removal and valve train inspection. Then good tune and honest dyno numbers (no sandbagging the stock run).

 

the dynos are being done as we speak. no need to get mad! i stand by my line and every customer i've had has done that also. when the dynos come, they will come strong.

I got the UGR TD cam gear and it is good stuff. (a new favorite!). I'll make a post later with some pics and measurements and dimensional comparisons I madet to verify accuracy.

 

Cool! I'm in the market for cam gears so I'll be looking foward to that, Rocket!

 

A copy of the New Pro 1 would be a hot seller.
