sue = 30 days of impound, iw ould still have to pay 30 days.. lawyer = 1G, lawyer gets % of wins. so i would end up losing MORE, having my car not running for even longer.. etc lose/lose situation if u dont have money...

i had 3 choices:
#1 file a civil suit and wait 30 days. get lawyer, etc etc, result = Lose More Money and TIME and chance of not winning involved maybe little but still can lose.
#2 pay the fines ASAP and get car out fast as possible. result = lose ur stuff but the faster u do it, the less money u waste.
#3 i forgot what 3rd choise was but i remember it was still a lose situation.

I would put a bolt in the hole on the left that has the breather can attached to it. I am assuming that is the breather can not the intake manifold support bracket. It is hard to tell from that picture.

Is the black bracket a part of the oil separator box for the PCV system?

Looks like the spot for the exhaust manifold/header bracket. It uses a pair of M10x1.25x20mm bolts.
