Hi, posting this for a friend.

We are going to be doing a 99-00 Si swap (b16) into his coupe soon. We would like to know what parts we need. i have done some searching for him, but i just wanna make sure its all right before i tell him to order parts.

Mounts - Combination of his stock mounts, and the mounts that come with the motor

Shift linkage - 94-01 Integra Shift Linkage

Axles/Intermediate Shaft - 94-01 Integra (if 90-93 shaft used, must match seal)


These are the main things we are concerned about

Now.. Can we use the 99-00 Si mounts/linkage/axles? Since they will be comming with the swap, and we cant afford much downtime. Are they the same as the 94-01 Integra?

im not 100% sure but im pretty damn sure that you can use all the stock si **** and it should work

 

all the 99-00 civic si axle assemble will bolt right into the '95 model year car

not all of the 99-00 civic mounts will work, see if you can locate a complete 94-01 integra mount kit as they will bolt onto the b16 engine and bolt directly into the '95 car

any 94-01 teg or 99-00 civic si shift linkage will work for you

yes you can use all the Si parts except the mounts . To tell what esle you need not sure becuase we dont know what else you already have.

94-01 Integra Mounts
94-01 Integra or Civic Si shift linkage
94-01 or 99-00 Si Axles

 

you need 99-00 back mount bracket, 94 and up upper and front tranny mount, 94 and up AC bracket, and if it is a JDM b16 you cant use the 94 and up integra drivers side mount because it has three holes un less u get that bracket that bolts up to the block from a 94 and up LS; so i would use the JDM b16 mount for that and 94 and up integra back mount; or you can use all of the mounts from the 94 and up Del Sol VTEC with the b16 in it which are hard to find unless you order from honda but they will cost a lot; or stop being cheap like i was and just get hasport or some other brand that might be cheaper than hasport. PS you can use your stock driver side mount and back mount but the driver side will give in like the first week because you will drive the car like a maniac because you just put your new motor in it trust me take it from me.

 

you can also use 90-93 and 94 and up integra axles because i have a 93 coupe with a JDM b16 2nd Gen and i use the 90-93 axles. auto zone i gotta have that lifetime warrantee i go thru them like crazy so i will be getting performance axles soon.

just get everything from a '94 Del Sol Vtec.

 

i would say the same thing but its really hard to find unless you order it from the dealer but they will charge you an arm and a leg.

 

Yes. Seems like he will go with some lower budget aftermarket mounts, and use the 99-00 Si shift linkages, and axles/shaft that come with the swap.
