What kind of car do you have?

If you have an EK, it will take alot to get low 13/high 12's out of a stock-displacement B16.

I made 164whp when I had my B16. Look at my sig.

Bone stock JDM B16A
Factory intake with panel filter
JDM 98 spec 4-1 extractors
JDM ITR exhaust piping (with one OEM resonator)
JDM CTR rear muffler
JDM ITR ECU

In EG chassis. No sound deadening, but still has power steering, carpet, JDM EK seats with headrests front and back.

60' - 2.405
1/8 - 9.531 @ 77.08 mph (124.05 km/hr)
1/4 - 14.640 @ 95.49 mph (153.67 km/hr)

Damp track and only had 2 runs before I snapped the engine mount on the timing belt side. And the runs were made on crappy, bottom of the line, Kumho street tyres that were bald on the inside. (Too much negative camber)

I dont think you put enough emphasis on the JDM bits Gtin-T

Mine:
JDM eg6, stock b16a2, cheap intake, cheap 4-2-1's, custom 2.25" exhaust, dyno tuned chip, 15" rega's with crap federals, bilstein shocks and stock springs, back seats and spare tyres removed. 14.5 @ 154kmh. That was ages ago, should probably go back to the track now I have decent suspension and tyres.

Friend: JDM EG6, stock b16a2 with similar mods to mine, stripped apart from drivers seat and dash, some random slicks, better suspension and crazy driver: 13.7@???kmh.

Weight, tyres and suspension are a big help.

I can go on and go about my JDM parts, but they are no better than USDM parts. I added it to make my mods list longer and err.. more JDM.

14.3 run was in the summer, damn 100degree weather and 70+ huminity

Tial user only can post 5 per day...

But yes, 184whp 117tq in a EK hb, weighted 2278lbs w/ me in it...

BONE stock B16 block, fully built head

Modified by spec_v_kid at 3:39 PM 12/24/2005

Fully built head = P&P, muti angel valve jobs, .030 milled + valve train upgrades

. I normally take to 9500-9600

Still sounds fishy to me.

I would believe you if you had said "EG hatch," but in an EK, it seems a bit far-fetched.

those are really good numbers. your the 2nd guy that ive seen that runs 13.6 on a b16. did the b17 crank give you those extra tq/hp, i never knew that your able to put that crank in a b16 block. that cool. are you runing stock ignition, fuel system other then the rc 310cc injectors.
