I put my 15x6.5 +40 offset Rota JSPL's on my 95 Integra LS w/ stock brakes and the spokes were rubbing onto the caliper. I just wanted to know if anyone else has encountered this problem....

No I'm saying they SHOULD recall that.

You do understand that a +45 offset brings the wheel CLOSER to the caliper/hub, right?

hmm that sound's weird?? I've sold 2 set's to guy's that have gsr caliper's on there car and they had no problem. You should go back to the shop you got them from and ask them to exchange it for you. If they give you BS call number in my sig and I can exchange it for you. Im the BIGGEST dealer for Rota wheel's. ps dont go with wheel spacer's get the problem fixed the right way. Highend autosports

gettin new wheels is out of the question. Grinding the bracket is also not needed.
UPDATE:
Rota called me the other day. They told me to stop by their wherehouse (in Hayward) and they're suppose to give me some wheel spacers. Also, the seller told me they might reimburse me when the +35 offset comes out. ::crosses fingers:: hopin i get reimbursed
