Default Tips for buying a GS-R?

What's goin on H-T,

I am most likely going to purchase a gs-r as a first car, either that, or a prelude if I can scrape together some extra cash. Anyway, it being my first car purchase, I really don't know what to look for in general, and what to look for specifically with the integra gs-r model from 1996.

These are the specs the seller has given me:
1996 Integra
-GSR model
-B18c1 vtec
-very clean
-black on black
-155 KM's
-5 speed
-4 new BFG tires
-comes with ITR Front lip
-9815 Alpine CD Deck
-sunroof
-lots more

So that can give you the general description of the car.

CLIFFNOTES:
What should I look for when buying a 1996 Integra GS-R.

Just make sure the engine says b18c1. I am sure you already know that. Check for oil leaks. Smell the interior of he car to see if it smells like gas (may indicate if there is a problem with the cat or o2 sensors.)

Bump for this guy so he doesn't buy a prelude.

check on the title. Check the engine, use a comparrsion tester if you can. Try to stay away from the raced out cars if possible, don't want something that has been beat to death. Check out the body, look for any major body repairs and paint, just because carfax says nothing is wrong with it doen't mean it's perfect. You should also bring a little magnet with you and check the car all around, try not to scratch it either. If it doesn't stick to the car in certain areas you might have some bondo. Also look for any rust. Don't forget to check all the #s, make sure everything matchs.

look for any frame damage what so ever(welds at various places)... check to see milige(odometer fraud can be relevant if the mileage is low and the pedals all seem to be worn out. check for rust. ask for history of motor(comp test if possilbe). if dents and dings, as well as paint fade/chip are relevant(id ask him to lower the price a lil bit). check suspension compenents(axle to see if ripped, rubber bushings, spring, strus, sway, etc.) oh, check rims status(curb rash can mean that he hits the curb... sometimes throwing off alignment... check to see if lights are working properly. that about sums it up for now. i'll letyou know some more if i can think about it

let the car warm up before a test drive(while waiting, listen to the characteristics of the motor...). once fully warmed up... take for a test drive(try to see if you notice any vibrations, steering wheel pulling to side(either right or left)... check to see if power steeringis working... check to see if air conditioning is working... check to see ifthe motor misfires(while at idle, acclerating, decelerating, etc)... try to see if you notice any dead struts(you can tell if they are really bouncy and not dampening the car while it goes over bumps)... listen tothe suspension componentsto see if you can hear the wheel bearing going out. check to see of windows are operative. also check at the cluster to see if there are any lights that are on(check engine, abs, etc...)
