Looks like a fun motor to me, the torque of a 89mm stroke crank together with the ATS FD should give your neck muscles a workout I'd say 230 whp would be a goal to aim for, but what are the specs on those Web cams?

Build looks great! Will be watching this thread closely.....

About the whole oil consumption thing....I'd run an air filter....a good one too.... we've managed to get two healthy 16As to burn considerable amts of oil on daily drivers with poor filtration....

The intake looks like my old Hondasport unit.
in my independent dyno test the hondasport intake beat every single one tested including at one time or another, J-racing, fake j's,aem , fujisbuu853783t8 knockoff or whatever, iceman, injen.
i could actually slide mine over my t-body and not even use a silcone connector if i wanted too.

yeah it can slide over my tbody , but i choose to use a cuplink. I will only use velocity stack at the track and when racing, filter on the street.
