Default my h22a throttle is sticky.

it seems like the butterfly inside the throttle body is too big. it makes the throttle stick open at lower rpms. also if i floor it and let off the gas petal, it gets stuck at idle. any suggestions?

Use some WD-40 or whatever on the throttle cable. Then manually open and close the throttle a few times. Or get some kind of grease.

I already changed the tps because the old one was busted. (The tps is mint!) I have spraying the cable with wd-40 and also used carb cleaner inside to see if that would help. I have adjusted the cable so it doesnt slam down anymore. (It required to move the throttle cable bracket so only one bolt is being used instead of two.) Can minor carbon build up inside the throttle body cause a sticky throttle?

yes. Clean the whole throttle body. polish the inside w/ a dremel if you want. Take it off and hone it if you like.

there is a stop on the bottom of the throttle, you will need to loosen a nut, move the center rod up with an allen key, then hold it in place, and tighten the nut again....

you will want to take the throttle body off for this...
