I really want to swap out my grey seats for one from a Type-R. Will the rears fit? Let me know.

 

yeah should fit with very minor adjustments, i put some gsr seats in my 96 hatch and it needed to be adjusted a little, but well worth it! good luck

 

I know for a fact that they fit hatchs fine but I am not too sure about the coupes. Have any pictures of your GSR seats in your car?

 

If you mean 92-95 coupes. It will take some major modification to make them fit..........

From the way I see it, they wont fit. Cause the back part of the coupe rear seat is a one piece as oppose to the ITR, which is a two piece. Basically there is only one locking piece on the civic coupe and the ITR seat needs two but if you do get it to fit then props to you.

 

true, true! when i got my interior put in my EJ i had to get the interior from an integra 4-door. front seats fit no prob, and back fit but have rounded seat edges. still a pretty simple switch, but interior from a 2 door integra; rear seats will not fit!

 

easy solution find a 4 door type r and get those seats!!

Acura doesn't make the 4-door type-r. Its made in Japan under Honda (where there isn't any Acura).
