i used 1500. First as a light coat water sand. Then a submerged water sand and then to finish i wet sanded with a little bit of soap. Then i compounded till my arm heart BY HAND. Plastic WILL melt if done by machine. Trust me :/

Umm.........sideskirts will wait for now. What i am really looking for is the si-r side molding (door and quarter) in perfect condition. This will complee the molding all the way around.

Here is a Pic of the Energy bushings. Did the whole car. Lots of Work without a press but hopefully worth it.

Stuff, axles and bushings look great. And you just gave me a very good trick to polish headlighs. If sometime i get blurry ones.

Keep up the project!

I bought '88 '89 moldings from Honda, when I did my 91 hatch. They are the same, as the JDM moldings.

WOW!! I really missed the obvious on that molding. That saves me a lot of work trying to find them. Thanks a Lot for your help. What about the 88-89 rear bumper. Is that the same as well? If not what is the difference?

thanks MR crxbart... for the info on the side molding. would this 88-89 molding create any gaps on the 90-91 body?
