Default Burns Stainless Tri-Y 304 SS Road Race header for a stroked B16

Well let me preface this header by saying this is the first B series header we have built in house. We have spec'd and designed some other succesful b series headers but this is the first we have built.

Equal length primary and secondaries

Properly paiured cylinders

properly calculated diameters

100% back purged tig welding

etc. etc. etc. blah blah

now on with the pics

That things more attractive then my prom date was.

Very nice!

Tim, who think he should have went to prom with a B series race header.

it might not fit a 1.8 block. remember, the b16 has a shorter deck height. so this header may not clear the pan too well on a 1.8.

It clears the pan just fine on a taller deck block in fact we built it on a Ls block/b16 head and it sitll offers ecellent ground clearance on the b16

That is a nice looking header. And flow charts on it? I would like to have some numbers on it.

Are JOo SuRe JoO nO wHAt jOOr dOiNg?

Scott, who'd LOVE to look under his hood and see that header...but not quite as much as I love going home and finding that my wife hasn't left me because I have no sense...."as she turned to say her last goodbye she paused and said 'I'm gonna miss you Scott, but I will say that truly is one beautiful header - I hope you'll be very happy together'..."

bah that's ugly, it's got nothing on Spoon or Mugen .... and it's not even 4-1, you know you have to have 4-1 to make real JDM power y0~!

oh yeah ... can you make me one for my crappy d16?

That brings up a good point...

Can I get that in the JASMA version?

Scott, who if he's gonna make such a major lifestyle change figures he should get all the most popular options...

Do you intend on making something for a D series? Will it take 6 months like the other header manufacturers around here?
