15. Flywheel (90-02 Accord 92-01 Prelude)
16. 5 speed mount (Your year, 5-spd version)
17. 5 speed mount bracket (go to Honda - tell them to look for the bracket that is welded on the car - part is S.O.P and costs 15-25.00) (see notes)
18. MIG WELDER (see notes)
19. BOLTS: 8 Flywheel Bolts, 6 Pressure Plate Bolts, 3 Intermediate Shaft Bolts, 1 Long Tranny Bolt
My question is, what parts from this list is best to purchase brand new. Other than getting a decent tranny, new clutch kit, and a new master cylinder, which parts are okay to get from the junkyard. I only have a few more from this list to gather so I wanna know before I actually am ready to install.

I bought a new clutch, new flywheel/ or u can just resurface an oem one (like race said), new axel, new slave and master cyl. I bought a used starter and it seems to be fine, but a new one wouldn't hurt. Also a little advice, be sure that if use a prelude shift plate, you use prelude shift linkages, 5th gen accord plate only works with 5th accord gen links, and 4th gen accord links only works with 4th accord gen plate. It took me a while to fiugure out why the links where comming up short, cause i was told the links and plates where all the same, which they aren't. good luck peace

yeah all the write ups i see say 90-97 accords. i recently just went to the junkyard and got pedals and shift linkage from a cb7 accord just to be on the safe side. i am sure i am okay on the h23 in which i will be swithing to. i guess all the trannies are mounted slightly different on the 2 generations. Thanks for the advice. As far as axles I bought a used pair on ebay from one guy. As far as the axles the threads all look good and overall seem to be pretty good.
