My radio says code !?!?
My radio say code and wont let me listen to the radio or tapes? every once and a while it makes a beep noise. Any of you know how to fix this or what it means?
Yes! all you have to do is check the registration number in the top of the sterio...
Then call the Dealer and tell them you need the code...
Then they will ask you for the registration number in exchange for the code...
Now all you have to do is simply put in the code...
Done...
And every time you disconnect your sterio from power...like if you disconnect the battery, it will need a code for theft perposes...

use serial number on radio. call dealership.. write down numbers they give you. put key in ignition, turn it once. turn radio on, punch in numbers .... whola!
and dont get fooled into thinking you will be charged for the code... if they do, ask to talk to the service manager...
if you run into any problems look in the alarm/radio section theres a guy there who can get you the code free of charge

I just threw the offer out of getting the code for him. I work for Honda and I have access to all of their computer systems and information retention systems

if you take your car in there and there is no serial number on the door jamb or in the glove box you will be charged 1 hour labor... they shouldnt charge you if you have the serial number beforehand though... the reason they charge you is for the labor of taking the radio out
I forgot more about hondas then you will ever know....
