I'm an integra guy, I don't know much about accords/preludes.

My friend wants to put an h22 head on her f22 VTEC accord. I was told this would work.

If it fits, what kind of mods do I need to do to make this work?? Is it anything similar to an LS/VTEC with integra.

It will.
Theres some minor modifications which need to be done on the block. You've got to run an external oil line for the Vtec, Some harness modifications, the ECM changeout (of course), a pin-out chart and the Patience of Jobe.

I'll see if I can chase up some threads for you.

You can try accordinglydone.com, but they suffered an issue with their server a while back, and half the stuff they had on there hasn't been recovered. Shame, they had a lot of good stuff.

it would fit, needs harness mods , not much mods on the head
