Default I know I know been covered many times here but...HELP ME ! jdm itr headlight wiring !

Well I've been busy for the past 45 mins or so looking thru the archives but have not found anything regarding my question so here it goes.

how do i wire up my turn signals on my jdm itr headlights to stay on constant and act just like my side markers ? (staying on constant and blinking when signaling)

As far as the Headlights depending on if its HID or NON HID you will either have a 5 pin plug or a 4 pin plug on your headlight (Brown Connector) Look in behind the connector and you can see the color of the wires in it.
Black is Ground
Green is City Light (Parking Light)
Pink is (+) For High Beam
Blue is Fog Lights - To wire up the Fog Lights Please View this Thread https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=105247
If you have the OEM HID then theres a 5th plug that has a white wire - Low Beam (+) If you Have NON HID then you just use the original connector and 9006 bulb in the housing.

The lights inside with the High beams and Sidemarkers (On fenders) should be on with the parking lights, Shouldnt flash. The Turn signals (outermost lights on the headlights will flash when turn signal or hazards are on.

On the USDM Turn signal there is a small bulb (168) with 2 wires and a Large bulb (1157) with 3 wires
Take the small one with 2 wires and extend that to the Side marker on each fender Plug it in and thats done.
Take the Large one with 3 wires
(1 wire is Ground, 1 is Parking light (+), and 1 is Turn Signal (Flash) (+))
The color of the Parking light wire on the 3 wire bulb is the same color wire that is on the 2 wire bulb, Cut that wire off of the 3 bulb connector so that it now only has 2 wires (A Ground and a Turn Signal (+))
Take the wire you cut (Parking signal) and run that to the City Light (Green wire) on the Headlights Brown connector.
Take the Large Bulb that now has 2 wires going to it and trim the "keys" a bit to make it fit into the JDM Turn Signals on the Headlights.

Thats about it, Good Luck

ummmm...for one....the way your teg is wired ( and I know this from first hand experience ), you can not have your sidemarkers on constantly and blink when using the turn signal because it will cause too much of a load on the relay or flasher unit. Not good. In doing so...I ended up frying my ECU So...just a word of caution.

Secondly, if you want the corner bulbs to be on constantly and flash when you use the turn signal, you can use a dual filament bulb ( 1157 I believe ). What I did on my conversion was, I had the body shop where it was done at, get some 1157 sockets to house the bulb. The socket has 3 wires. One for power, one for constant, and one for the ground. If you have a pre 98 Integra ( 94-97 ), then I know for sure that with your OEM USDM front end, you had 4 wires on each side corresponding with your corners. You have 2 grounds....1 for flashing and 1 for constant. They were paired off into each compartment within your corners. Meaning...one ground and the flasher wire went to one compartment...the other two went to the other compartment. You just have to find out which is flash and which is constant and then wire accordingly. One of the grounds will not be used....I would recomment butting that off, capping it off or something to make sure it does NOT ground out onto the chassis or anything else nearby. Now...if you have a 98 and up Integra...I'm not sure if the wiring is the same for that. I doubt if it would be any different...though...hopefully someone can chime in here and let us know

Hope this helps!
