Default Carb'd H22/H23 - anyone done it?

If you guys are just coming in this thread to tell me carbs have disadvantages, i would rather not hear it, you obviously need to go do some research, there is plenty of info on this site about it.

That said, i do not need posts about:

1) thats gonna kill your MPG man!
2) why the hell would you use old *** technology?

What i would like to hear is if anyone has done it, what manifold they have used/made, what carbs they used, and how the setup turned out...

Thanks guys

I've heard of people doing it on old D-series and F22's, but not the H-motors. Bisi does it on his race motors!

Both fuel injection and carbs have their pros and cons.

do it,

if your manifold is designed correctly you can acheive better fuel atomization than fuel injection, i read an article on it

a person did it on a d series and he got better atomization with his carb than he would if he had a runner lenght of 12 feet.. obviously a 12 foot runner would be rediculous, but you get the idea,

there are always ups and down sides though, i would think you could find alot of information about jetting and flow needed from an older domestics board or contact a carb maker like holley
