Removing face on 2 piece wheels
Hey guys, I have a set of SSR Formula Mesh wheels that I wanted to clean up some.. thinking about removing the face. Anyone ever done this? It looks pretty straight forward, but you never know. For those who have done this, did you run into any kind of trouble? These are pretty old wheels so I wouldn't be surprised if the bolts were rusted in place and/or snapped off if you tried to get them off.
Anyway, let me know how it went, TIA!!

if you do take'em apart, just make sure you retorque them down to correct specs when finished. Alot of the problem is that people aren't sure what to torque them to when done. Since they are old, just go slow, lot of wd40, and make sure you have the right size torx

no clue. i remember before that me and my friends had disassembled a few SP1's but dont' remember what we retorqued them too. sorry.
