Default Bottomed out the other day...

I was turning onto my friends road. No ones fault but my own, was moving pretty good trying to get to the edge of my new pirellis and when I made the turn the road slopes up a bit. I heard a scrape and felt the peg go up. Pulled into his garage and said "jeez, I scraped peg on that one" He said "Uhhh, you scraped way more than peg man...."

My speed+my lean+my fat ***-properly adjusted suspension+riding like a jackass=

Yea.. I was pretty disappointed with myself... Now my pristine unmarked steal of a purchase bike has its first scar....
But I could have been alot worse. Something like this with a harder hit, or a poorly adjusted suspension could have caused a low side.

i dont know if you should be upset, or be proud...

look at it more of like a battle scar than anything else. Wear your scars proudly, they are nothing to be ashamed of.

if you dropped her, it'd be one thing. But scraping a peg is never a bad thing (unless the pursuing action is you sliding on the ground)
