Slip-on meaning a direct replacement with no modify........yes. It will bolt right up. Has all hangers and o2 bungs

 

Yeah, I just didn't see a flange to where the downpipe connects to the exhaust.

 

oh yea, basically a slip-on. its all welded as 1 piece....take another look
