Default Drum's to Disc's

I have a 2004 Civic SE and i am considering changing the rear drums to discs, so i have 4wheel discs.

What exactly would i need to make this possible?

Would i be able to rip the rear-end off a Acura 1.7EL and bolt it on?

Thanks for your help

you'll need the hub along with the discs and rotors and calipers, plus you'll need the ebrake cables from an ep3. once you have all that it just bolts right up

You need the entire knuckle assembly + ebrake cables and brake lines.
You can use EL parts or SIR parts. If you don't have ABS, you may/may not have a bias issue (I don't know because my car has ABS) but the knuckles bolt right up. Its a simple swap.

Since I don't know canadian models... if the SE is like a DX, yanking the EL control arms would also give you swaybar mounts.

Does anyone know what would be the general costs of parts alone coming from an ep3?
