Default Horrible Service from JHP USA

CN: JHP USA dicks me around charging for backordered item before notifying me and dont' offer refund, say they ship the other items that are in stock but never arrives, changes stories two times as to why item didn't ship and never apologize.

Don't buy from jhpusa.com if you want your orders in timely manner. I ordered a jdm shift boot and skunk2 **** for my ep3 on 9/6. The next day I ordered a T-shirt and requested the orders to be shipped together. I got a call on the following friday or saturday (9/10) and the guy on the phone told me that they already charged me for the first order even though the shift boot was on back order. Supposedly they sold the last boot before my order and didn't realize it, so I was charged. The guy said it was "store policy" not to issue refends. How is it a refund if the item hasn't even shipped and they weren't suppose to charge until it ships? I said whatever, just ship my shirt and the skunk2 **** right now.

I live in norcal so shipping from socal only takes 2 days. I sent and email on 9/12 asking for a tracking number. Here is the reply:

"Your shift **** has been shipped out. We just have not updated your order
because we are still waiting for the shift boots. The t-shirt will be
sent out very shortly. We had to have a few shirts printed in the size
you order and will ship out this week. We are not authorized to give out
tracking numbers but if you call the shop I can track it for you."

So I wait around for the **** and T-shirt, but only the shirt arrives last friday (9/16). I call the following monday (9/19) and the guy tells me that the shipping person didn't know he was suppose to ship the **** seperately from the boot and that they would ship it out that day, so I should get it this wednesday or thursday. Well I sit around the house wednesday, sit around the house today and still nothing from the ups or fedex. So i call jhp again to track the order, here's the convo:

Guy 1: JHP, how can I help you?
Me: I need to track an order, it's order 5732.
Guy 1: Okay, hold on.
Guy 2: Can I help you?
Me: I'm already being helped.
Guy 2: Okay it looks like the **** is backordered.
Me: You mean the shift boot?
Guy 2: No, the ****. I ordered 20 of them but they're on back order.
Me: You gotta be kidding me. I thought it was shipped already.
Guy 2: Well that was the new guy. He made a mistake.
Me: Well this is a mistake that has been going on for over 2 weeks and now I'm getting a different story.
Guy 2: Calm down, it was a mistake. What do you want me to do? Refund you?
Me: I want to just get this over with so refund my money.
silence
Me: So you're going to refund my money right?
Guy 2: Yeah. *click*

So **** you jhpusa. The second guy on the phone was giving me attitude from first "it was a mistake" and never apologized. I only ordered from them because I thought they were a legit business and had a good rep. What a waste of my time. If I knew this kind of **** was going to happen, I would have paid more elsewhere. Too bad I bought a T-shirt that has "jhpusa" printed on it too, it's pretty nice shirt. Now I have to give it to my cat so she can wipe her dingleberries on it and waste more of my time making sure they actually credit me back.

I ordered some Buddy Club cam gears for my friend from JHPUSA as a birthday gift and they wouldn't ship them to his house (15 minutes away) because of credit card fraud. I told the guy on the phone that I have the card in hand with the security code and I can verify the billing address, etc.

He wasn't willing to work out a deal on the shipping arrangements and the whole time on the phone he was talking to me like I was some shady *** punk trying to scam some ******* $300 cam gears LOL.

Who is going to place a $300 order with a stolen credit card for some gears? ****, if I was gonna scam your ***, I'd throw a set of Spoon sw388s on that ****, not some cam gears.

I did win in the end however. Once they shipped that ****, I called UPS and had it rerouted.

My business now goes to IL4.

speedstar-racing has excellent service and shipping times. i've ordered probably over 5 grand from them over the past few months, haven't had 1 single problem. they sell almost every brand imaginable, including some of the brands IL4 doesn't carry (mugen, spoon, T1R).

my business goes to them, and them only

if you paid with your credit card, have ur credit card reverse the payment and to take the money back, then talk to the BBB about it. they havnt sent you your ****, so they shouldnt of had charged you. that's like me saying im going to charge u for a space station on mars, but im not going to use any of that money to do research, but im going to go buy a new ferrari with it

to jhpusa. all ******* companies that sell aftermarket parts for our cars ******* suck ***. they dont understand customer service. i am not surprised when i see a bunch of them going bankrupt.

Sorry to hear about your troubles with them. Like someone posted earlier, contact the BBB and report that incident.

As for me, i just recently ordered something from them and they were cool with me. I ordered a Buddy Club battery online and when i went to pick it up, i decided to exhange it for something else. I've dealt with import car shops in the past and usually most shops would have thrown a fit when you ask for an exchange or refund. But they were cool with me and gave me no hassles about it. So i exhanged the batter for some other parts they had in stock.

Sucks that your shopping experience wasn't as pleasant as mine, hopefully you get it resovled.

Just an update, my card was credited back today. I'm not going to report it to the BBB because they can't really do jack and the type of customer that shops there is unlikely to even check with the BBB. Since I got the money back, I ordered a Fox shift ****. Oh yeah, even my cat wants nothing to do with the T-shirt.

I do not think it's fair to complain about this as if it were related to bad service on their part.

Some very big companies will refuse to ship to anything but the billing address associated with a credit card.

If you are using a credit card to order things, you need to be aware of this and keep your addresses up to date.

OK...I am locking this but leaving it visible.

I do not think it is fair to go on about JHP USA as if they were scammers or something.

They made a mistake and they took care of it as best they could.
