Another Py type r gone in san francisco
My co worker got his r stolen last night around the *** hill area. Please be on the look out car has oem r wheels that are silver body is all stock no rear spoiler has a arp sticker on the driver rear quarter panel also has red flag decals above each of the factory type r decals on the quarter panel car is not lowered either there was a club and a autolock on the car the ecu was also removed

whoaaa... we must be talkin pros man i heard the only people that will go through the trouble of breakin the autolock are some hmong guys.. dont know though cuz usually autolock and alarm is enough to get them to pass on the car...did it have an alarm? if not then thats really dumb

lol autolock comes off in secs (keep in mind the design make it possible, and most cant put it on correctly)
all alarms.. are disabled with a flick of a fuse....
trust me you dont have to be a pro at all..... just knowing how things works make it possible to bypass anything in life not just cars.

dont blame the thiefs too much .. there are tons of other things he could have done to slow them down....remember thiefs are only able to get away only because they can see what things have not been done to prevent them from taking the car.

From what I understand, taking out the ECU is useless, since thieves take with them the GSR ECU to bypass the key code security feature (on newer ITRs?).

i automatically thought of jdmspoonitr's car....lol need to fix that spanglish...

Autolocks can be removed in minutes and alarms are pretty much a joke.
An absurd number of ITRs have been stolen in the Bay Area.
