Default Rear disc conversion 95 EX?

Hey my buddy is parting out his 91 LS teg can I use the rear discs from it on my EX coupe? What all would I need if it will work?

i read some people saying somting about a rear trailing arm? should I get that off his teg or leave my civic one? and it WILL work even though its from a 91 teg going on a 95 civic? i just am making sure cuz i wasnt positive. thanks tho BlueIntegraBoy.

and it wil work from any year teg? also, wil it work "vice versa"? cuz my friend is gonna need to be able to put wheels on the teg so wil the drums be able to go on the teg just so he can mov it?
