Default H brace VS traction bars

are they the same thing, or do the same thing? most expensive traction bars look like multiple pieces linked together, and the h brace seems like a cheaper option but its one big piece.

which is better, or more so worth the money...the $100 H brace or $300 traction bars

They do different things. The h-brace's main purpose is to reduce chassis flex, and the traction bars' is to reduce fore-aft movement of the suspension during hard launches (I think).
edit: Aww yeah, Str-ong Island represent

Hell yeah. The more support for your chassis the better.
