Default Windshield tape REMOVED!!!! see pics!!
So, i finally broke down and decided that I wanted rid of the black tape around my windshield. Check out the pics for results. I am very happy with the look!

No you're not because I like my windshield frame black too. Black from the window line up a-la 1st gen NSX/NSX-R.

I would also only do it if I had a hardtop. Without a hardtop it looks better with it on IMO.

No, after peeling the tape off, the Xenit is what I used to remove and excess adhesive that was left behind. Some places were more difficult than others.

i like the tape... and it's there for a reason... it's to make the windshield flow better with the BLACK soft top....

I would only keep it black because Im trying to get a black hard top for my car. it would probably look better with the carbon hood and trunk I have.

it also flows with the black molding on the hardtop IMO

For the longest time I wasn't sure that it was tape either. Then I noticed a wrinkle in it when I opened my door one day.
