5lug questions. searched and still not clear.
okay. my car is a 97 LS. i picked up what i thought i needed for a 5 lug swap from a friends totaled 97 itr (US).
i got both of the front spindles, (calipers and all the other stuff), and the COMPLETE rear suspension.
now, the US ITR's use the same axle as the rs/ls/gsr's do correct? 32mm?
do i have to change my prop. valve?
do i have to change my master?
thanks for the help

i did the 5lug on my car, you dont need to replace the M/C asap but the brakes isn't better without it, its pretty much the same to me,
get an alignment after do it,
the pedal should feel a bit softer than usual, nothing to crazy.

Then there's no need to change the MC. The one means 1". So, just bolt up up the brakes.

u dont need a 1" mc... but it is a nice upgrade... and american itrs all came with 5 lug... the jdm 96-97 itr came with a 4 lug... others countries did as well... im not sure sure on years/locations though

YOU'RE wrong. All USDM ITRs came with 5 lug hubs. 4x114.3 were from a JDM 96 Spec ITR.
Master cylinder doesn't need to be upgraded unless you plan to do some racing. I would just wait for the stock one to go back, then change it out to save yourself the trouble.
