i have a 94 cx.
it doesnt have the delay wipers like the other models. where it would wait a sec or two before it wipes the window again.

is there a way to add this feature without switching the whole wiper system from a si or what not

 

pick up the switch and control unit that sits in the rear of the under dash fuse box. both from an EG that has intermittent wipers.
swap out the parts and you're done.
