I remembered there was a thread on this topic before and many people in the past seemed very interested in the EK (99-00 civic) front bumper on actual EG's (92-95 civic).

Well, to those who are still interested- Good news! My older brother did a custom EK bumper on my EG hatch and it looks sick. It consists of two different bumpers, an EG and EK, both cut in half (EG top half with EK bottom half-chopped alongside the license plate holes), plastic welded, fiberglassed, and bondo together for extra strength and durability. This bumper will not fall apart. With all OEM bumpers (ABS, not Fiberglass), my brother's work is guaranteed to be in perfect fitment. No gaps, etc... Also, the bottom flaps in the inside of the middle grille goes right up against the bottom bar of the chasis/radiator support. No need to worry about vebrations, movements, flexing, or cracking! Plus, you still have the bottom splashguard you can bolt onto the chasis and the bumper will never crack, move, or flex under any wind, random kicks or bang impacts etc...
