I was planned to improved the control of the car instead of power so I did coil-over suspension, brakelines, pads, rotors and a set of better tires.

At the price of that stuff...it damn well better be.

(and in case you were confused, my response was kind of sarcastic, meaning i havent done anything to my wife's S2000, outside of the oil change when we first got it, and then here just recently again).

Even my ITR did it with a K&N drop in.

First mod was my Mugen header

Then, in this order:
-Nsx Mugen M7 wheels/potenza re050 tires
-buddyclub racing spec dampers
-oem lip
-Rick's clear diffusers
-Spoon carbon kevlar race seat/rails
-Spoon carbon kevlar air duct/filter
-Evaisive cooling plate.

Next is single exhaust upgrade, hardtop, and more engine mods

The AEM one whistles also. More like a hiss. That's before the intake note drowns it out.
