Default Rota D2 offsets.....

O.K.

i have been in constant contact w/ JLB motorsports about the new d2's and they have said they are taking deposits as of now w/ mid sept. shipment.....

and they have a few deposits already for s2k fitments

is it anyone on this forum, and if so, what offsets have you chosen? and how did you come up with that offset?

they said some have done (48f 48r) (45f 48r) (48f 50r)and i am looking at
(45f 50r)

i have a hyper rev s2k version and it lists the ssr at 43f and 55r 17*7.5 and 17*8.5

so that is why i was choosing the 45 50 set up because it was the closest to their recommendation......

any help is greatly appreciated

why go 45/50 (unless you want to try to stick a BBK in there, which you'll probably still need a spacer) when you can go 48/50? ... the stock offsets are 55/65..

no bbk to be installed......

but why go 48/50

i had a set of work emotions that were 47/47

why not just go 48/48 or 50/50?

Am I the only person who thinks those rims are ? Maybe if I saw them in person, I'll change my mind.

I'm just hoping Rota will come out with CE28 replicas.

i know right... just take those rota center caps off hahaha. and put some honda center caps on.. (if they fit.. ) ... lol.....

i have to admit... as much as i HATE rota.. i'd be willing to pick up a set of these (especailly if they are lighter then the ssr professors sp1, or the works meister s1..) and use them as beater wheels...

I'd be willing to bet that they are lighter. I don't think they look bad, its just that the real ones are already played out, can't wait for some cheap replicas

well if i get these, they would definently be like temporary.. something that i can work with and check out different color combos and stuff.. i'd probably end up painting them suzuka.. rofl.... for ***** and giggles....

i just hope those center caps can be replaced with the honda ones.. lol
