Default Is ground control the way to go?

So i just learned to Eibach manufactures these bad boys.... the only reason i could see myself gettin the ground controls over the Eibach Sportline kit is the fact that they are adjustable. Any significant difference here in performance or ride quality? How often do most of you adjust your settings anyways? Also the Sportline springs are listed with a 1.7 to 2.3 drop range... does that mean i can set the car to that level or is that how much it could potentially settle? My goal is to have the car dropped to about 2 inches becuase to my understanding anything more than that will void the warranty for my koni yellows i am planning on using as part of the setup. I am also swappin wheels soon for some Rota C-8 16in wheels but i havent figured out what tires to use. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

yeah but if im really not gonna be playin with the ride height that much why do need to pay another 100 bucks or so for a feature ill use maybe once or twice... if the warranty is voided on the koni yellows past two inches, then im not going to drop it more than 2 inches. So why not get the Eibach Sportline springs seeing how they MANUFACTURE GC already? isnt it pretty much the same shyt>? anyone who knows wassup with this, i would greatly appreciate your feedback and suggestions....

Huh?

And eibach does not make GC sleeves. GC makes GC sleeves and the use Eibach springs.

If you're like most of us, you will get into the sport deeper and deeper, and end up having more of a use for the feature than you currently imagine.

We make the springs. GC makes the hardware.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the spring rate and spring construction differences between the two. honda makes civics and nsx... does that mean they serve the same purpose? sportlines are lowering springs that are pretty much just for looks, while the springs they make for GC are linear springs usually with much higher rates and are aimed towards performance.

Between the two WHAT?

You can get ground control coil-overs with any rate you want...

I think everyone on this forum is wrong. Koni and GC suck. Get drop zone springs and then have your friendly mechanic use his torch to cut off 1.5 loops. Then go to Pep Boys and get shocks for a '72 Impala. Weld a U to the bottom of the Impala shocks for the rear mount and cut off the eyebolt for the front mount. This is the hot lick. All the JDM guys are going to it. Honda-Tech sucks and is full of people who know nothing but pretend to be racers.

Depending on what you are doing with the car, you may not need to spend the money for a gc/koni setup.
