Default Just installed some sedan door handles....

Heres some pics of the rear door handle install. The Integra sedan rear door handles come pre-painted so make sure to chose frost white since its easier to prep before the CW is sprayed...This is a nice mod for break-in prevention since the locking/unlocking rod is removed as well as the key hole....

Just picked up from the body shop with fresh CW paint job....

excuse my ignorance,

but will the central locking still work then if you remove the rod ?

Im not sure how the keyless entry works.

And would a possible cheaper way to do this be to just remove the rods and leave the key hole handles on ?

yes the power lock system still works with the rod removed...plus you can just remove this rod with the original handles...

Well, if the remote fails, you can always climb in through the trunk.

if you have a cage though, have fun playing in the monkey bars my battery has died before from the car being in storage, or is just disconnected for the same reason, so sometimes i need to use my key to lock up the car or get into it.

it's a tough call. if that's not a concern though, this is a very nice mod to do, good stuff

If you still left your factory power door lock motor then ulocking the trunk with your key if you didn't remove that key cylinder also will unlock both front door. I did the same thing about a yr ago and yes i had so far used my key few times to unlock the doors.
