**UPDATES/PICS ON LAST PAGE!!**
well i thought it was about time for me to build something. i came across a 92 teal vx hatchy for 300 bucks. the kid said it just quit running one day and wanted it out of his front yard. after about 3 weeks of playing phone tag and other bullshit i finally picked the car up this morning. it def. has that 300$ car smell but the body wasnt horrible and it had inspection and stuff so i figured id get it. so i took it home and got to work on the mess of riced out **** and food that was all over the place. im not sure if im going to gut it totally or not yet it depends on how lazy i am to clean the rest of it
i spent the majority of the day cleaning it out, killing the ant farm that was inside, finding 3 bucks in change, seeing some of the most spiders in one place in my life and trying to figure out how to get the blue paint off the interior panels
(see pics) anyways i got some plans for the car that should be going into effect within the next week or 2. id like to go ls turbo and as far as the body i think a nice army green and black scheme should do well. there is something cool about taking something that doesnt run and make it go 11's that i enjoy
anyways take a look at the pics and wish me luck
nice blueness goin on

i never EVER find **** like this. my buddy vince gets all his cars for like 400 bucks that are in better shape that this one if you can believe that and running. the body isnt that bad some honda rust and needs a fender and a bumper. im gonna clean the interior really well and try to find some black peices for it. anyone have any ideas on how to get that blue paint off?

good luck man... it will take some work and time, but all in all, it is all worth it. i've gone through and going through the same process... just keep pushing forward, and it will all work out.

holy crap.
the carpet looks a lot better after you cleaned it up, but personally, i think i'd end up removing it and cleaning underneath.
good luck and post after pics of the engine and all that.
