Default Just put on my Innovative Mounts Front Cross Member

I just got my cross member from Innovative Mounts. I am very satisfied with the quality of this piece. It went on very smoothly. Here is a picture of how it looks. I have alot more room now, so i can put on my 1 piece header without having to take down the cross member.

Looks good mang. I wish I had that much room.

Did you replace the rubber bushings with urathane (sp) ones?

I used the stock bushings, but i am buying the energy suspension bushing kit. I just did not want to wait for it to put on the cross member.

If you put poly urethane bushings it will help with traction

no, because you cant "adjust" the stock radius arms.

just got off your site. you dont have a price listed for the "replacement" version of the innovative crossmember. are there anydrawbacks iwth this one versus the other mount. i see that one wont clear a itr header and one will. mine is an sms but i think id get the one with more clearance to be on the safe side.

anyway you could pm me with a price? ive been looking at this and darkstar.

FItment was fine. No mods needed. I dont see why it will make any difference with just three mounts on the D. Every b swap only has three mounts and those motors make more power

because b-series mounts are beefy thats the reason...d-series are soft rubber that isnt solid...

I see what your saying. I will let you know how my mounts hold up. However, they are coming out with a set of replacement mounts for the 88-91 crx/civic in a few weeks, so i am going to buy a set of those as soon as they come out.

Some of you ask me how the ground clearnce is. So here is a picture to show. It sits no lower than the header.

The intake manifold will make quick friends with the firewall and your clutch will also not be as happy; this is all from experience.

I´m also curious about the difference between the replacement version and the other one besides the fact that one has room for 4-1 headers and the other doesn´t.
Anyone have info on this ?
