WTT: 1993 MR2 for clean EG w/B16 or B18C
Willing to trade, or just sell my daily driver 93 MR2 non-turbo with a hair over 100k miles for a clean (preferrably close to stock with exception of the motor) EG hatch with a B16A or B18C, possibly plus cash.
The MR2 is nearly flawless inside and out. The leather interior is in extremely good shape for being from 93, the body is exceptionally straight (with the exception of a small chip that began to rust). The paint is not oxidized like most of the red MR2's that you see around. The motor is very sound, the timing belt and water pump were replaced less than 1k miles ago, and a full tune-up has been performed (plugs/wires/etc). I average 28mpg mixed city/freeway driving. Never been wrecked, and has a clean title. Tires have 80% tread remaining all around. Brakes seem fine, occassional squeak from the pads on the right (possibly just a rock or dirty). There are no electrical problems, and everything works.
The shocks are pretty well worn, but by the time the car sells, I will have replaced them with used OEM struts and H&R springs -- other than that, the car is BONE stock and ready for modification, or daily driving/autoX'ing/whatever. Comes with a basic Clarion CD player, stock speakers.
The 93 MR2 is one of the most sought out years for the MR2 (both NA and turbo) due to a few cosmetic and performance related changes. Cosmetically, the 93 has a much larger front lip, larger and better looking 15" wheels, and sits slightly lower than the 91-92's. Mechanically, the NA motor came with 5 additional horsepower, longer rear trailing arms to reduce the "snap" oversteer, larger brakes, and a refined and smooth transmission with shorter throw.
If there are any other questions or information you'd like to know about the car, don't be hesitant to ask - I will not hide any information. Here are some pictures, of which the previous owner put the rear rims on the front and front rims on the rear, so they look really set in, but I have since corrected them:

Let me know if you're willing to trade, or if you're interested in the car itself.

I don't mean to be too picky, but I'm looking for a EG with a swap, preferrably close to stock as far as exterior and modification goes. Thanks for the offer though.

Thanks for the bump Peshte...looks like I might not get an EG anymore, otherwise I'd be interested.
First $6200 takes the MR2!
