97 civic dx- 87,000 miles on body-CLEAN TITLE
ENGINE
b18c1 with jrsc-dynoed 215 whp & 157 torque. 8psi on very conservative tune.

WHY I'M GETTING RID OF IT.
This car is a garage queen and has been driven a total of 11,000 miles in the last 4 years. It has gotten insane for me to carry full coverage on a car that only gets driven once or twice a month. I have other interests and don't need it anymore.I need the garage space.
Hopefully thats everything. Car is super clean and anybody that has seen it can vouch. Oil has been changed every 3k with mobil 1 synthetic. Feel free to ask any questions.
