fuel injector,ecu and nos question

fuel injector,ecu and nos question
i have an ls-vtec and i was wondering if i put larger injectors in it , do i have to let the ecu know or do anything with the ecu?? i was also wondering if i should put larger injectors in it if i was eventually going to hook up NOS to the engine.
