SCAMMED on eBAY! Buyer BEWARE!
So, after many years of trouble free purchases and sales, I was finally bit by the scam artists out there.
The 80 words max for feedback on eBay wouldn't do it any justice, so

that sucks.. what you should do especially with paypal.. since it takes 10 days for paypal to lock his account was to put in a complaint with paypal the same day of getting the wrong item..(even better always use a credit card, that way the funds will be frose even faster)
this gives the guy 10 days or so to make things right. if not your money is returned (if funds are in account)
i would have never waited for them to come through... i like to force companies to make things right , right off the bat and freezing his account would have made it clear to the shop whos in control>>> the customer.
once the correct item is shipped his account is unfrozen with no harm..

I was also scammed from performance curve from ebay on a magnaflow carsound cat. Magnaflow doesn't do warranties, you have to go through the seller and claim it and performance curve DOES not take warranty.
If the car goes bad after weeks of using, you are screwed.

also if you look at the title is says jdm type r pistons.. yet everything else in the auction details b18c5 application.. including the photo.

so from my experience i sometimes do multipal auctions and forget to put a different title. so maybe thats what happen with this guy as far as the title goes.
BUT... that doesnt exclude his lack of making things right. eitherway good luck.

Oh wow what a coincidence!! I believe this is the same person that I emailed TELLING THEM they mislabled there auction and that they were selling USDM pistons in the pictures. The guy emailed me back thanking me for correcting him.

For example, after trying to correct some of them for selling the chrome housing JDM integra headlights off as actual Type R headlights ( the black housing ones ), I get tired of arguing with these people. MY name is Matthew Junker and I run M and J Autoworks. And I though I would key you all in as to what is going down on my side that G3-TEG is not telling you,
First he admits that the auction clearly list that these are US spec pistons, so what he can not read , you just read the title and assume what you would like, why not read all the text on the auction,
Second his time line is a little off, the package was delivered to me on the 1st of July ,right before the 4th weekend, I email him several times list that I did not have the pr3 pistons in std, as the auction lists, I only have them in .020 (.5mm) oversize, and he did not respond, I pulled his eBay contact information and his phone number listed was not valid, he demanded that I send him std pr3 pistons which I can not, when I offered a refund minus the shipping because the error was for not reading the auction he refused and filed with paypal and left me neg, I have over 2000 positive feedbacks from happy customers, why would I screw him over a 125 set of pistons, I sell motors for 1400 most weeks.
I have filed with eBay for slander and my account manager is going to be contacting his, his account will probably be shut down for slander, I have also filed a case with a my attorney unless has shuts down his thread, papers will be in the mail on Monday. If you would like to speak with me as always my number is on the response to every email, I can not call you because you listed a faulty number, so why don’t you call me rather than hiding behind your computer, or are you afraid that the truth might get out that way.

Sidenote: I will not turn this in to a pissing match, so I will simply make a few comments to your statements as follows:
1) Everything I posted (on the webpage) is 100% factual. Nothing was left out or edited.
2) I never admited to "knowing" the auction was NOT for "JDM INTEGRA TYPE-R" pistons. The title CLEALY states they are JDM ITR. Your email in response to me notifying you that they were USDM also clearly states that you "thought" that P73-A0 meant JDM.

My timeline is 100% correct. I purchased the pistons from eBay on June 22nd. Made the Paypal payment immediately following the purchase on June 22. I received the package from you on June 27th. Our email conversation pertaining to the exchange of the incorrect pistons for a set of PR3 standard bore pistons spanned a course of two days. Of which, I immediately sent the incorrect pistons back to you on June 29th.
Shipping from Washington state to you location in California would put the arrival time at around July 1st. This is not a disputed fact and I already clearly documented this on the webpage.

Unless my email isn't working (which I highly doubt as I am the system admin for our server of the business that I own of which I received hundreds of email per day pertaining to the operation of our businesses from our valued customers, I didn't receive any such email from you indicating that you did not have standard bore PR3's. As stated in your email response to me, you yourself stated that you have PR3 pistons that you can exchange for me, as well as CTR pistons (which I declined because the CTR was too high compression for my application)

Completely false accusation! My information on my eBay account is 100% correct and up-to-date.
I never once received a phone call from you even after I call YOU personally with detailed instructions to call me back - listing my phone number in your voicemail.
I did no such thing. As you can see in the email converstations we had, I mentioned that I saw that you had other auctions listing PR3 pistons. You yourself replied that you can get PR3's or CTR pistons and would exchange them for me.
Again, I never received such an offer. My last contact with you was my email notifying you that I sent the incorrect pistons back and that I would expect you to cover the shipping charges since the auction was mislabeled.
Again, I *did* read the auction and again, the title itself states that they are "JDM INTEGRA TYPE-R". I even "kindly" mentioned this fact to you so that you can update your auction to reflect this misleading error to future customers.
I patiently waited for 4 weeks and contacted you several time following the return shipment of the incorrect pistons via email and by telephone to the phone number listed in all of your return emails to me. Unless I speak a different language that you could not understand, I made it very clear in my voicemail that I required your reply and how to contact me. My last email to you was also very clear and concise on my feelings and course of action if I did not receive such a reply.

Feel free to take whatever measures you deem necessary. I've taken actions that covered my end of the transaction. I don't feel that I have overstepped any boundaries or stepped on any toes as I have been extremely patient with you in this matter and had exhausted all means possible to rectify the situation prior to it escalating to this point.
I find it rather interesting that you mention this fact. I write this reply after receiving a very kind and support call from the OWNER of M AND J Auto Works - Jesse Martinez about 30 minutes ago. I ponder briefly on how easily he managed to obtain my phone number when I have not listed it anywhere in any of my emails to you. The only place you can find my phone number is either through eBay, Paypal, or one of my several business websites.
Why do you feel it necessary make such childish comments? I think I have delt with this situation in a very professional manner. And again I'm sorry that it had to escalate to this point, but like I mentioned to Mr. Martinez over the phone, it wasn't a matter of $150. I took the time to create this thread and the webpage because of the simple voilation of the vendor/customer morals and ethicals that I feel was not excersised in this situation.
On that note, I will summarize the conversation I had with Mr. Martinez and the current resolution of the situation.
Mr. Martinez called me about 30 minutes ago and appologize for how the situation was handled. He also apologized for Mr. Junker's actions or lack there of. I accepted his appology and thanked him for taking the time to call me personally. He has shipped the replacement set or PR3 pistons in standard bore and assured me that I will receive a tracking number shortly and that the pistons should arrive to me by mid next week. He also kindly offered a discount on my next purchase which I may take him up on once this ordeal has been settled.
He also kindly asked that retract my negative feedback comment on eBay and the claim made through Paypal. I said that would be glad to do once I received the new pistons next week.
Again, I appologize that it had to escalate to this. Honestly, I never thought that i would see those pistons - although I was confident that Paypal would refund my money for me (eventually). However, I want to state that the money wasn't the driving issue for creating such a fuss about this transaction, but more about the moral and ethical dealings between vendors and customers.

Again, I *did* read the auction and again, the title itself states that they are "JDM INTEGRA TYPE-R". I even "kindly" mentioned this fact to you so that you can update your auction to reflect this misleading error to future customers.

It has been almost 2 weeks now since I have returned the incorrectly labeled Integra Type-R pistons to you. I have also given you ample time and have been MORE than adequately patient for your response in correcting this matter. I still have not received word from you that the CORRECT pistons (PR3 standard bore) have been shipped out and I have attempted to contact you on this matter several times already. This will be the last time I attempt to contact you. If you do not issue a response within the next 24 hours that you have shipped out the product that I ordered 3 weeks ago (I expect the shipment to be at shipped next day or 2-day with a tracking number), I will be forced to issue negative feedback via eBay and take corrective matters for reimbursement.
I seriously hope that you do not conduct your business in this manner on a regular basis. This is ridiculous.

On that note, I will summarize the conversation I had with Mr. Martinez and the current resolution of the situation.
Mr. Martinez called me about 30 minutes ago and appologize for how the situation was handled. He also apologized for Mr. Junker's actions or lack there of. I accepted his appology and thanked him for taking the time to call me personally. He has shipped the replacement set or PR3 pistons in standard bore and assured me that I will receive a tracking number shortly and that the pistons should arrive to me by mid next week. He also kindly offered a discount on my next purchase which I may take him up on once this ordeal has been settled.
He also kindly asked that retract my negative feedback comment on eBay and the claim made through Paypal. I said that would be glad to do once I received the new pistons next week.
Again, I appologize that it had to escalate to this. Honestly, I never thought that i would see those pistons - although I was confident that Paypal would refund my money for me (eventually). However, I want to state that the money wasn't the driving issue for creating such a fuss about this transaction, but more about the moral and ethical dealings between vendors and customers.
Thanks everyone for reading. I will update this post once I receive the pistons.
